Jake's class went on their first field trip yesterday. We went to a pumpkin patch in the muddy rain.
Livi really was not too sure about the little pony they got to pet. Click on the photos below to see her face expressions as the "Farmer Lucinda" tried to get her to pet the pony!
And after we had fun in the puddles... needless to say the kids went home in the car pantless since there was so much mud on them! This proves that they have the most fun when they are dirtiest!!
Who wouldn't be thankful for two cute adorable healthy kids like these?

Instead of a turkey or yummy homecooked meal this thanksgiving I think I'll be serving Kraft Dinner. I had a root canal on Friday and my mouth is STILL throbbing from it. No one here to make a yummy feast for us besides me- so it is mac n' cheese or nothing... :(
This weekend my friend Karen and I decorated a reception hall for our friend, Stephanie's brother's wedding (following still?). Here is what we did:
This was a first for me. Thanks to Karen- she saved the day- I am afraid my wedding decorating skills are far from her talent.
And here are the little helpers we had, Olivia and her buddy, Abbie. (we took them out for pizza afterwards, at 8 pm).
This weekend Jake collected all sorts of special leaves. He kept them safe in this fruit basket. He decorated it and gave it to his teacher this morning. It is so cute to see him come home, spilling with crafts, stories, activities, and little skits from school!
I had a photo shoot at my place today. Once I was done I allowed the kids to sit on the backdrop for a quick shot.
Jake and his cool new Seahawks shirt. He practically lived in his other one (like father, like son) only it wasn't so cool to him once he figured out the tag said it was for 18 month olds. Dan got this for him on sat. when they went to a Mariner's game together. He hasn't taken it off since.
And miss Liv...
